Sofort fühlten wir uns wohl. Eine edle Gourmet Metzgerei.Ein ganz «cooles» Interieur (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes), eine moderne Metzgerei, elegant und charmant, mit einem gestylten Schau-Comptoir, mit schön gereiften erlesenen Fleischstücken. Ein Augenschmaus als Vorahnung für den kommenden Genuss!Als kleines Willkommens-Grüessli gab es ein Scheibchen getrocknetes Entrecôte. Ein Genuss. Als Vorspeise nahmen wir ein Plättli mit verschiedenen Arten Trockenfleisch aus dem Engadin und einen ausgezeichneten Lardo...
We came for a birthday lunch to this modern restaurant and butchery in the heart of Zurich. A very clean place with exceptional food, especially various meat and game such as venison or deer from the Swiss Canton of Grisons outstanding! All service personnel was very friendly and helpful. A bit slow due to many visitors. All food, drinks and wine tasted excellent with traditional flavors. What a wonderful experience highly appreciated! Is this a helpful review? We visit with family and friends. The beef tartare is very good. The roast-beef is superb. The service is good, price high but in the swiss average. Only comment : the employee that was cutting the meat opens the door and shakes hands with customers .... everything with bare hands.... Maybe the other customers didn’t notice, but two of us saw that particular....
