For short stays regarding previous arrival to the airport etc. to recommend. Rooms very simple but clean. Includes TV and desk. No breakfast but exactly opposite is a bakery with seating. From the S-Bahn station 10 min to walk or by taxi for €5. On the day of arrival you will receive an SMS with pin code for the key box at the entrance to the guest house. Room was to the street but the windows were pretty tight and completely closable with a roller shutter. This makes small street noise audible. The bathroom was renovated, but there is a leak at the toilet. The laminate has the best times in these rooms. The walls in the sleeping area could sometimes wear color because the dirt of the predecessors is still visible. 1 socket was damaged but after all was a new TV in the room. Staff on the phone is extremely rude. There are hardly any parking spaces in the street, as everything is permanently occupied. Thin walls make it difficult to spend at 3 o'clock at night the neighbor decides to spend 5 h on the toilet with handed over. All in all a descent for one night, but not more than that.
A house in absolute disoof condition. Shower moldy, stench after cold smoke, walls totally dirty, interior broken, TV no signal.. It is only positive to mention that the bed linen and towels were clean. I'd never book here again.
I am writing this letter to recommend Miss Meglena Stoyanova for the position of guest service representative. She impressed me with her excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
