The location of the hotel on the Mosel confirmed what we had hoped to find. Beilstein, the Dornröschen on the Mosel also reflects its charm in this hotel. Very rarely so eaten. Here is very respected for cleanliness. Especially Chef the After every guest cleanses the table, chairs and bank .The food was very good especially the beef fillet. The service pays attention to the taste of the drinks. How were not treated as a guest but as a friend. The service team was very family. The waiter tried to be funny at the reception by just putting my wife. Fun has passed us at the latest when we had to wait for an apple strudel and a goulash soup for 1 hour. At least the coffee was there quickly, but 1 hour before the associated cake .... Conclusion: Do not take too full mouth when the necessary bite is missing.
