Wir feierten als ehemalige Seminargruppe der Uni Rostock über drei Tage unseren 53. Männertag und waren im Waldeck untergebracht. Ich hatte mich als Organisator schon vor fast einem Jahr an die Chefin, Frau Ulrich, gewandt. In dieser Zeit gab es immer wieder mal Stornierungen und Zu Buchungen. Mit einen extremen Entgegenkommen werden alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Also war die Organisation einfach perfekt. Wir fanden sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Zimmer vor, eine gute Gstronomie und ein sehr freundliches Personal vor. Im großen Gastraum machten wir unser große Fete mit eigener Band. Die Taufe unserer Tochter haben wir im Haus Waldeck gefeiert. Fünf Sterne reichen nicht aus für die strukturierte Organisation der Wirtin im Vorfeld und die liebevolle Umsetzung. Wir hatten einen tollen und freundlichen Service. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Küche versteht Ihr Handwerk sehr und bereitete uns leckere sowie qualitative Speisen zu. Alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend für uns, wie auch für unsere Gäste. Fazit: Hier wird noch Gastronomie leidenschaftlich gelebt und man ist dem Gast mit seinen Wünschen sehr nah. Danke für eine wunderschöne, gelungene Feier!
The house is quiet, the rooms are very good, the bathroom unfortunately had no heating. For a night it was okay for us. Breakfast was very good, didn't miss anything. The ladies in the service were both the cleaning staff very nice and friendly. Always a laugh, with music and fun the rooms were cleaned, simply class. Very recommended.
