We had a table reserved for 12 people. Upon arrival we could not find the reservation in a corner that was absolutely inadequate for 12 people. The waiter said he's sorry and we're squeezing in the corner. After some time the waiter came with the reservation book and asked which phone number we had reserved. Then after fitting the phone number he found our reservation and we could go to another table. It was almost an hour ago. The reception of the food took some time again, until the food stood on the table for another hour.
