Unfriendly treatment of regular customers (owner)! There are many great friendly restaurants in and around Bremgarten. The food is good, home-style, not particularly imaginative and very boring after a while (menu). For me there is no reason to go there that isn't available elsewhere. As always, Manuela, the restaurant was practically empty! Don't tell fairy tales! You attacked me and not I you! I would be happy to advertise for you. In addition, the waiter in the previous restaurant verbally attacked me severely. Your behavior towards a regular customer is unacceptable and I expect an apology from you, otherwise there will be no end to this. It's up to you Manuela.
We enjoyed a great evening. The tomato/onion salad with the fig mustard dressing was first class. The salad was cut into bite sized pieces and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed the small cordon bleu, which had a very good breading, was filled with very tasty cheese and the meat was also very good. The wine list wasn't big, but it does have first class and special wines on the menu and you can order all the wines by the deciliter and don't have to order a whole bottle. What also surprised us very positively, because you don't see that so often these days: the boss comes to the table every time and asks if the food tastes good! We'd love to come back!
Super friendly and upbeat owner who gave us an extremely warm welcome. Before the starter there was one Amuse-bouche (greetings from the kitchen) mushroom soup which we really enjoyed We had 2 salads as a starter and there was nothing to complain about! For the main course I had the Viennese veal schnitzel. In my opinion, the meat wasn't pounded thin enough and the salt was saved a little, and the fries were super tasty! My partner had the veal cream schnitzel with pasta, the meat wasn't the most tender but it tasted great! Our 2.5 year old daughter also really enjoyed her fries. Will definitely come back and try the Charbonnade.
The restaurant “Haus zum Löwen” in CH-5620 Bremgarten, in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, offers very fine cuisine. The dishes are prepared fresh and with a lot of love. The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is cozy and the price/performance ratio is right. You feel very comfortable here! I can highly recommend this restaurant. Nettes kleines Restaurant mit guter Küche und sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Für mein Gefühl, wird zu viel Salz in der Küche verwendet. Das ist aber mein pers. Empfinden. Ein sehr gemütliches, kleines Restaurant mit vorzüglicher Küche mitten in der Altstadt von Bremgarten. Das Wirtepaar und der Kellner sind äusserst freundlich und herzlich. Man fühlt sich dort absolut wohl. Auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen, herzlichen Dank. Das Essen war mega gut und reichhaltig. Eine Reservation lohnt sich. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
