This is truly the best food experience I've ever had, and I appreciate supporting a local business. You can really taste the quality and passion in everything they create. I absolutely adore the pepper cheese and the sweet cheese, along with all their varieties. I enjoy making grilled cheese sandwiches with their pepper cheese, and the texture and consistency of all their cheeses clearly show that they really know their craft.

I think that's the best thing I've ever eaten. the colby and the hot pfeffer cheese are the ones I have tried so far. I hope they have cheese slices, as I have not seen in the shops so far. If you don't do discs, I wish you that. I'm a BIG fan.
