Today is my birthday and I ordered take out from the website. When I Walked in to pick up my order, the girl at the front desk, pass me my bag and told me that all of my order is in there and that she double checked it. So I trusted her and I walked out. I then went to a table outside and check the bag and noticed that my dessert was missing. So I walked back in and I told her that my banana flan wasn’t in the bag. She started going through my food in the bag and pulled out a small plastic container that had some kind of orange dipping sauce for the fried avocado. She told me that that was my flan. I told her that wasn’t flan and she said yes, that she “thinks” that’s my dessert. So she went...
The atmosphere was great and food was really good. Unfortunately can’t say anything good about the service. Our waitress was great when taking our drinks and appetizers down and then disappeared right after. Took about 30 minutes after seating to order our actual food. Everything else was taken care by a different person and I even had to ask the guy that washes plates for napkins and hot sauce. Wasn’t able to get any refill on drinks. It was a nightmare at the end of checkout too, got the wrong bill and it took about 15 minutes to pay. They still managed to get me the wrong bill again and I ended up paying double of what my bill should’ve been. The service was very upsetting especially tryi...
Finding a good Mojito this far north can be a challenge, but this little gem has perfected it. The Caribbean wings were tasty, and the rest of the food was excellent. The pork lover's dish was delicious, although the pork chop was slightly overcooked. The cilantro rice was absolutely delightful! The service was good, even though they were short-staffed; the monitor really helped the time pass quickly.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and the atmosphere was incredible. It felt like I was transported to Cuba! The high ceiling fans and the overall decor of the place were really impressive. The food was outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful, which I truly appreciate. I found myself making happy sounds while enjoying my meal, it was that good!

I really enjoy the food at Havana Central. However, every time I order delivery, there is always something missing from my order. This time, I am missing 2 sodas. I want to continue ordering from this restaurant because the food is so tasty, but the frustration of receiving incomplete orders is starting to outweigh the benefits.
We stopped by this restaurant after a day of shopping because we were starving. The food was delicious and satisfying. Our waitress was very pleasant, even with our fussy child in tow. She even went out of her way to find us some Iron beer in a can, which was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was great.
I ordered the Tour of Havana and found it to be very disappointing. The flavors did not meet my expectations, and the pork was extremely fatty while the chicken was overcooked. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for this meal because it was particularly bad in my opinion.
As always, we enjoyed our meal. Very tasty and plentiful. The churros, hot caramel, and dark chocolate...YUMMY! Our waiter was great: Attentive and very personable. Next time gotta try the Pina Colada served in a pineapple.

The empanadas were terrible, which was really disappointing. The dough was soggy and not crispy at all. These were definitely the worst empanadas I've ever tried.
I tried the new spinach and broccoli flavor of Empanada Sampler, but wasnt a big fan.
