We waited a long time for the food which I didn 't mind too much at least, it means it was freshly prepared! But overall, could only give this place 3 stars. First time here and what a disappointment after reading good reviews. Ordered take out. Hot Cuban, Cuban American, Empanada and Sweet Plantains. 45 minutes to get the order ready. Yes, it was lunch time and we drove there to pick up. The only decent part of the meal was the Hot Cuban. Tasty, great bread and enjoyable. The Cuban American was terrible. The flank steak was like leather. Unchewable. Should call it Zapatos Viejos or old shoes. This sandwich was atrocious. AMAZING!! Wow! The service, food, cocktails and ambiance are top notch! We had full service at the bar and really enjoyed chatting with our mixologist Catalina and really enjoyed the refreshing cocktails she made! I highly recommend the Cubano, the beef, lechon and been empanadas. SO delicious and full of flavor. Prices are also very reasonable which we loved too! Can’t wait to come back.
