When this restaurant first opened, I was really impressed by the food. However, a few years later, it's definitely gone downhill. My last two orders were incorrect, and tonight's order was also wrong. I tried to pay close attention while my two bowls were being prepared, but I noticed that the staff member was more focused on the customers behind me. If I lived in Dublin, I would have gone back right away. To make things worse, the albacore I received had multiple bones in it. I was so frustrated about the mix-up that I attempted to call the restaurant, but their voicemail was full. I'm definitely not a happy customer!
The service used to be excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. However, when I ordered a week or two ago, I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order, despite being told it would be ready. The employees were just standing around chatting and laughing, and my food still hadn’t been prepared. This time I visited, and just like before, the portion was disappointingly small—my bowl didn’t even seem half full, and I always order a large. I've decided to start going to one of the two places in Pleasanton instead, where the service and portion sizes are much better.

This is hands down the best poke place I've ever been to. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and generously portioned. This restaurant truly deserves recognition!
