This restaurant is the worst, very rude. Do not even ask for extra sauce, as they may have a heart attack if you do, even though you just spent $30-$40 on some chicken. They are also very sneaky, deliberately leaving food out if you do not watch them or check your order before leaving. I have lost count of how many times I have gotten home only to find that food is missing. I am writing this now because I am fed up. I just visited and showed them a coupon for a 5 piece chicken dinner for two. The guy gave me a weird look because the coupon was for $10.99 instead of the usual $13.99. Long story short, these guys had the audacity to give me a 4 piece instead of the 5 piece without my knowledge...
This Location Has A rude Store manager. My disabled aunt that always goes there came there on her break to place an order in drive thru and could not find her card fast enough. An the store manager James (indian descent) came to the window laughing at her and rushed her out of the drive thru saying he had 5 cars in line. When she asked for the number to customer service he ridiculed her and told her to google it an continued to laugh! This is no way to treat a disabled customer. Luckily the video recording from her work van caught an heard everything that transpired. Charges will be being pressed on that location. Maybe 1/5 times I get my sandwich the correct way. It's not hard to not put items on a sandwich. How do you manage to take an order, with no one else inside or at the drive thru and still not get it right? Pay attention to what you're doing in the kitchen. Read the screen in front of you with the order on it. Even after specifying 3 times about no pickles no mayo etc I still get home to a sandwich I don't want yeah I'm a picky baby but I ordered it to my liking for the reason.
The chicken was delicious, but unfortunately, my order was incorrect and I did not receive a receipt. As my wife is gluten-free, she had to return to exchange the breaded chicken strips for grilled ones. The manager was uncooperative and gave her a hard time about the lack of a receipt.
