This was my first experience with meal prep, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Health Prep Meals. When I called, a friendly gentleman provided me with all the information I needed and made excellent suggestions tailored to my preferences. They even delivered everything on the same day! I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the meals, and the lunch I had today was fantastic. The taste and freshness were outstanding, far surpassing any restaurant meals I've had while on the go for work. I’m really looking forward to trying everything else. It’s definitely worth every penny!
This is my first time ever trying any type of meal preps and I am very happy I went with health prep meals. I called and spoke to a gentleman that gave me all the information I needed and suggested perfectly what I was looking for and they brought me everything the same day! I was so impressed with everything I received also the lunch I just had for my first day out of the month was amazing! The taste and freshness were perfect definitely Tops all the going out to eat due to work so I’m super excited to try everything else definitely worth every penny.
I was concerned that I might feel hungrier throughout the day or even experience headaches in the beginning since I'm used to eating a lot, but surprisingly, I'm not hungry at all. It feels like I might actually lose weight with this plan. I've tried meal prep services from other companies before, but this one is by far the best! I currently weigh 140 lbs, so let's see if I’ll provide an update after 21 days. I highly recommend this place!!!
I have been a regular customer here for years, purchasing their health meal prep packages. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and it has helped me lose 40 pounds without any workouts, while also allowing me to maintain my weight. Rude service and unorganized welcome. The lady emphasized prices went up due to “inflation” and charged us. She also told me I couldn’t use the restroom, and I’m 8 months pregnant. You can’t imagine how I was feeling on the way to the nearest public restroom.Meal preps are okay, but I recommend the quality of FitGrill instead.
I have tried a few local pre-made healthy meal places in the valley, but this is the BEST. The food is actually good, so good that I had a nightmare where I find out they aren't actually low calorie, but the scale doesn't lie. I am so happy I found this place!
Best meal prep place in the area !Great price for very delicious and healthy food.Props to the cooks they do a very good job ?They use olive oil for cooking and almond flour for some of their healthy desserts.They are doing it right.
