I went in to eat some oxtail and rice and peas and as I am of Jamaican parentage I expected the oxtail to be cooked down but it was as hard as a rock and when I asked the woman that the meat was tough she basically ignored me. To tell you the truth at £7.00 which is the equivalent to $14 dollars US I expected better. Nevertheless, my review is not about the restaurant but my plate, I was disappointed about it, I also told the food assistant I was going to review the restaurant as she failed to remedy the problem. What a rude owner! He needs a few lessons in customer care. The young lady offered to serve me but she was touching her hair and skin so I asked her to was her hands which she did. The man asked her what she was doing before, she replied nothing then he began to curse me out..disgusting. Young Asian looking miss you know how to treat customers!
