I recently visited this restaurant with much anticipation and I was thoroughly disappointed. The location is great and the decor and seating arrangements are top-notch. Our ordered food and drink items were: Ultimate beyond burger, Melty mushroom Panini, Soup of the day, Walkerville craft cider, and Oxley estate red wine The food was awful and tasted poorly prepared unfrozen meal. The wine was of the same poor quality. My friend who is not a vegan commented how can you be a vegan if vegan food tastes like this. The only positive thing was they sold some good vegan cheeses and vegan butter. How can they sell and survive selling poor quality awefull foof !!!
Went for lunch and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had the rainbow Thai crunch and red lip juice...what a medley of flavours and that's coming from someone who has mastered bowls and juicing! I tried my friends' modern classic burger and pumpkin smoothie...wow! And the pecan pie was even better than the traditional pecan pie. The people were really nice...thanks Brittany they even have a shop where you can buy vegan foods, prepared or ingredients, to take home. Definitely coming back
We were visiting Windsor with my sister thought we would give Health Mama's a try. I guess we aren't used to healthy food. The only thing we had that was ok was the soup it was cold. When we asked the waitress if she could heat it up, she said some people like their soup cool. We found it very expensive, the food was lacking in taste the service was horrible.
Healthy Mama is a must stop for some delicious and fresh food. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. The quinoa bread is amazing!!! Also, after your meal you can head over to the store to purchase some yummy products. Love this restaurant since I have various allergies and they are very accommodating.
