I started eating healthy portions in May and it has been amazing! The food is not only heathy but it is yummy and changes weekly so you are not stuck eating the same thing. I’ve lost weight and feel so much better. On top of that the customer service is truly top notch and that makes such a huge difference. They even delivered my food to me on Father’s Day when I didn’t realize I missed the pickup window. They do a wonderful job!
I first started Healthy Portions 3 weeks ago with some “grab and go” meals. After speaking to my doctor, we determined the Paleo diet meals would be best for me with double protein as needed. I love that Healthy Portions allows for special dietary needs and the food is truly amazing. Very flavorful and great portion sizes.

These meals are so good and healthy! Since I started on these Healthy Portion meals it’s been a God sent for me. I use to eat fast foods all the time, now I go home to eat and take them to work. The thought of eating fast foods now is not appetizing to me! Love the meals ️ ️ ️
