FINALLY stopped by the Heber Valley Pizza Company and was NOT disappointed. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Tobin and his staff, right as I walked through the doors. I decided to have a seat at the bar as they had just opened for the evening and enjoyed a beer on draft while having some PERFECTLY crisped chicken wings with a side of homemade dill ranch sauce that paired wonderfully with them.As a big pineapple and Canadian bacon fan, I had to opt for the Hawaiian pizza with red onion and cilantro. What impressed me the most was 1. the homemade pizza sauce much like a marinara, super light but flavorful, 2. soft and airy crust! One of Heber Valley’s hidden gems, as the best pizza in town!
