Heen's - Réserver une table

Ordered a few dishes on sloth Sunday and was told delivery would be 40 to 50 mins. It arrived 95 mins later. The duck which cost £19 was missing the pancakes. I called up and the lady said on next order will sort me out I said no problemo. 30 mins later the delivery drivers turns up at my door with the pancakes

Good, well decorated restaurant . But the staff are the most miserable I've witnessed in south London! Get a grip ! Food decent, nothing worldy.
