Hei Hing Cafe Noodle

I’ll try to give as much unbiased review as possible here, exclusively based on the menu items we ordered. I’ll rate these on the standard scale of 1 5. Hong Kong Roast Duck with Rice 5/5 Great portion and flavour. Chicken Katsu Curry with Fried Noodles 5/5 Excellent taste and great portion. Crispy Aromatic Duck with pancakes 3/5 The duck was not shredded. I never had this item from any takeaway place, where there expect the customer to shred the duck! Ah well. However the duck meat quality was not the best either. Too dry and chewy. BBQ ribs 1/5 Only bones and no meat whatsoever in most of the pieces. The pieces which did have some meat were super chewy and tasted stale. Being an avid foodie I could make out immediately that we were served very old meat. Overall 3/5, based on the above items. The meat quality overall was certainly not great. To me it was nothing special just your standard Chinese Takeaway.

A very clean place, everyone was very keen to make the most possible for every single customer, the food...undescribable, the best Chinese food I have ever tested, served fast, warm and abundant, definitely recommend

Amazing staff, food and great selection on the menu .. really do take on board food intolerances and allergies so a perfect place to go !! Love it

Great service, great value most importantly great fresh tasting food from a great independent restaurant. Best in the area by far.

Good variety of different Asian dishes. Everything we ate was delicious and the service was great.
