Schade. Waren extra wegen des guten Essens hingefahren. Zuvor mit den Hunden eine Runde spaziert. Unsere Hunde wurden von den Hauseigenen Ziegen attackiert. Netterweise dürften wir dann mit ihnen ins Lokal. Jedoch bekamen wir kein warmes Essen (trotz Angabe auf der HP "durchgehend geöffnet"). Warm erst wieder ab 18 Uhr. Jetzt nur Brotzeit - hieß es... Hausgemachtes Geräuchertes bestellt und sage und schreibe 30 Minuten auf dieses gewartet... Trotz nur halbvollem Lokal. Obwohl die Küche ausser meiner Bestellung nichts zu tun hatte...Wir sind enttäuscht...
The restaurant is placed a bit outside of the town in the forest beside the pilgrimage church of Mary Magdalene.It gives a very good view Roding when sitting in the "biergarten".The food offer is local and the meal very good. We choose and recommend the roastbeef "Zwiebelrostbraten" and the trout fillet "Forellenfilet".We will come back for breakfast.Thanks to the Chef and Daniela.
