Went here last weekend with friends and we had a bad experience. We booked day-tickets in advance, and when we arrived at about we were told (by a really rude receptionist) that there probably weren't any loungers left. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that if we had come in the morning, we would have gotten some. Seeing as the place is open from on a Saturday, arriving at isn't very late.We had to leave our belongings in a locker, and constantly stay in the water. There was nowhere to sit or lie down. We couldn't chill anywhere and relax.Why are they selling more tickets than they have seats? Or why are they letting walk-ins come in if tickets are already sold? Really disappointing.
