Heimes - Réserver une table

We mistaken as a big city on October Saturday afternoon across Lennestadt, hungry for a warm food. But nowhere in any “restaurant” in the city it was us cozy and revitalized enough many even had completely closed. But then o miracles we found this wonderful café, where “Café” is strongly undermined. Here, besides the many treats and sweets, there is a truly extensive composite of various hearty treats. We had Camembert on Toast and Frikadelle with rolls, but this wonderfully garnished with delicious cheese salad. Finally we were able to embark on our next hike. If we look again at this (please apologize for the expression, but as Hamburger I cannot deny it) “Kaff” we will be happy to return...

We had lunch at this cafe restaurant which is next to the train station in Altenhundem and in a public square area. We ordered a meal of jacket potato and filling and also wurst with fried potatoes at a reasonable price. The portions were large - two jacket potatoes !! It was a hot day but we could sit in the shade under an umbrella at the table and watch the town festival happening around us. We would visit this place again. I also had some good German beer to wash it all down. The dessert menu was also good but we had eaten too much to order any dessert!!

Very nice looking place with a bakery, ice cream stand, cakes and coffee. Heimes also serves breakfast. The staff is friendly and the portions are good. You can also sit outside and the train station is close by. With a visit.

A must when we're back in Lennestadt were very early yesterday. ..always happy

I love your ice cream! Unfortunately I come too rarely to enjoy it...
