This is the fantastic bag one sells you 2EUR at Heinemann to transport wine bottles in a plane for direct flight. Unfortunately, in a shop where bottles are big part of the offer, no carton nor solid solution to hold them carry them together.. Staff unfriendly and annoyed by the remark, « write to our email, don’t say that to me » therefore this comment. Very bad customer experience !
Extremely bad experience. I bought items for 200 euros and they didn’t mention anything about tax free form. Pathetic service in Austria. Last year in France, whenever we purchase items for more than 100 euros, they inform us the details. But in Austria, it’s different and difficult for travellers. This is my first and last visit to this unwelcoming and looting city.
Very very Rude Staff , the time was 8.30 , they close at 9.00, they say we cant but anything becuase they're going to close . We said ok and we were leaving but they continue talking with each other and offending us .

I am sorry for writing this review but how it is possible that in a duty free shop the price of perfumes are same with the ones that have duty on them and are sold in normal shops around vienna?
Decent duty free with lots of options of sunglasses and other little shopping items. Finding last minute souvenirs is easy and not too overpriced
Preise gleich wie wenn ich in wien kaufe bezüglich Sonnenbrillen, 2 Stück gekauft dachte billiger als bei uns Irrtum gleich teuer....
Leute drängen sich beim Zahlen über Selfservice vor. Vom Personal wird nicht eingegriffen. Nicht sehr ausgeklügelt. Zu wenig Kassen. Réservez une table maintenant
