Heine's Wine Dine

Great little restaurant. As the name suggests wine is central to the experience, and we were glad to find that they had wine pairing available. The food was excellent, though sometimes I felt there were too many ingredients on the plate. There was clearly a strong desire to mix different textures which was clearly achieved. The wine pairing was excellent. I appreciate when there is an attempt to be a bit daring and it was. Good job!

This is a beautiful and surrounding restaurant; my friend and I visited from Britain and the tasting menu was excellent. My friend is vegetarian and the restaurant has tailored the menu to them. Sommelier explained the wines to us thoroughly as they were served, improving the experience.

It was great to discover such a good restaurant in Baden-Baden. Very nice and cozy atmosphere, a perfect service and an excellent dinner. I propose to make the wine repair with the menu to complete the gastronomic experience in the best way. Excellent!

Wonderful experience. The wine pairing took place with every dish. A hidden gem, but not long with how exquisite this experience was.
