I went in and the woman worked (owners? began offering me taste from different flavors, after I asked what chocolate was the most chocolate. Then, according to my first taste, I know that was great ice cream and that I wanted a kilo. I was asked if I wanted 4 different flavors and said: Sure. She went on to taste for the taste until I went on a chocolate, mint granizada (super minty, pistaccio and lemongrass! The lemongrass was a huge robbery and it's really good. What was different, except for the great ice and aromas, was the owner's undisputed generosity and interest in my great experience. I shake myself!!! My only concern is that I will eat too much of it too fast.
I'm proud of myself as an expert and definitely a fan of ice creams, so this is not the only ice spot we checked in Buenos AIres, but it's definitely the best I tried several flavors and they were all really, really good, actually as close to perfect as you can get in my book. The place was really crowded in the evening, so some people seem to share my opinion, and we also went on the last day in the morning (instead of a breakfast-yum! The team seems very hard to work, the same people from the evening before were there in the morning, and they were also very friendly, and patient with our attempts to practice Spanish thank you and all the good for you all!
I am a fan of ice creams and I tried several places during Buenos Aires. Dulce de leche and lemon ice creams were the best at Dylan Icecream. The Heladeria is located in San Telmo, from the beaten track. The service is also exceptional, so it is quite difficult to find something wrong with this ice cream shop. I will definitely return!
