Helbach 800° Gmbh - Réservation de table

Wir hatten bereits im April eine Reservierung für 8 Personen am 26.12 vorgenommen, da wir uns auf einen schönen Abend in festlicher Atmosphäre gefreut hatten. Leider wurden wir massiv enttäuscht. Als wir pünktlich im Restaurant ankamen, war kein Tisch für uns frei. Uns wurde lediglich gesagt, wir müssten warten, bis ein Platz frei wird – und das, obwohl wir die Reservierung viele Monate im Voraus getätigt hatten. Was uns besonders schockierte, war der Umgang mit der Situation. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch irgendeine Bemühung, uns als Gäste entgegenzukommen. Kein Angebot, uns in der Zwischenzeit mit einem Getränk zu versorgen, keine Erklärung, warum unsere Reservierung nicht berücksi...

Ich gehe dort immer wieder gerne hin,weil das Essen einfach perfekt ist. Es schmeckt immer wieder sehr gut. Und es sind wirklich sehr freundliches Personal die dort arbeiten. SIie sind sehr aufmerksam und merken sich was man gerne mag. ÷÷÷÷÷

First I have to say that I was only in the restaurant. The food is super tasty and the service is super friendly. What I think is great is that they are also child-friendly. My daughter even got a lollipop when she said goodbye.

You will be treated unfriendly by the staff. We definitely won't eat there. We wanted to order a table for several people, but we didn't get that far because we were yelled at beforehand. 25 06.24 at 4.45 p.m Réservez une table maintenant

Very high quality food with good service. Ambience very pleasant, also for business lunches. When the weather is good you can sit outside.
