They clearly don 't want foreigners here. I 've been here a few times and every time I order from a certain pair of middle aged women they have an extremely antagonistic attitude towards me for no reason. (muttering about my accent, etc. Last time I was shouted out of the cafe after I ordered, because I asked for a plate. They said I ordered to go which I didn 't. They tried to make a big fight about it. They were actually shouting at me, and I was speaking calmly. I just left. This place sucks. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
