We stopped in this place because we were tired and hungry.The Young waitress took our order mix salat,fried feta,roast beef and chicken.She brought salat and feta and it was good entrance it was tasty.But then we were waiting for a long time but didn’t get...our main courses.She explained us that she didn’t understand us and we had to order one more time and she brought our order in minutes.I think it was not attentive attitude to us.But place is good.
After a few days of traditional German food, and a few weeks of traditional European food, the wife and I needed a burger and fries. Hemingway's provided it. The burger was great, the fries were fine, and the beer was cold. Service was good. Not...too expensive. This place is right on the river near and easy to find. The view outside is good.
We went for drinks one night but my friends also ate some food that they said was delicious. Good burritos. I got a Colada Hemingway as a treat but it was pretty much alcohol-free I'd say, albeit delicious. Good atmosphere and large inside with tables...also outside. It's always full of customers (in a good way)!
You can get a very nice view od the neckar river and the town across neckar. It has a great location and the food and service are good! Nothing impressive about it, but a good place to go to if you want to sit outside...(when its warm) without the hauptstrasse noise and people. Réservez une table maintenant
Very friendly service as we arrived tired and hungry. Drinks arrived quickly and we took our time to decide what to eat. All ended up with really delicious very thin flat bread style pastry' with different toppings. Delightfully crisp and only, I think, under
Had lunch here with friends. Ordered burgers and chips with a beer. Really good and reasonably priced. Good location across from the river. Nice outside area to sit and friendly staff who speak English. Worth visiting if in the area.
What’s not to like super staff, choice of food and excellent service. This has always been a favourite and is superbly located near to the Hauptstrasse and the river Neckar. Can’t wait to come back.
Went out for food and drinks. The place is nice and clean but a little bit too small. People walking by were brushing of my back. I'm sure it's a lot better in the summers when you can sit outside! Réservez une table maintenant
Cute little patio, not really on the river but close. Never very busy for lunch, good prices and good seasonal food. A short way off the Hauptstraße. Inside the pub is very nautical, and cozy.
