I had a disappointing experience at Henry shop in Vienna airport. The lady employee who assisted me, and wore black spectacles, was extremely rude and racist. When I asked for assistance to get rid of some coins as I was leaving, she repeatedly insisted that the amount was not enough, even though it was sufficient. This made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the employee made discriminatory remarks, which were offensive and humiliating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of my race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic. As a ex worker! I can strongly suggest spending your money other places! Do&co who is the kitchen workers hire kitchen help at and the prices for a cook! Major difference in payment. All I did was say I’m unskilled. Do&co got me fired from my other job! I’m not the only worker either. Wait till I go public about how the halal food is handled for the airlines and non halal treatment it gets in the factory I also worked at! Yup! I got proof!
This restaurant will save you from hunger before your early morning flight. We had food from the hot buffet. They served two types of scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans in tomato sauce, and more. Prices here are quite high. We paid 25€ for two small breakfast portions with half a baguette and one cola. Don't get carried away when loading your food, so you won't be shocked when the cashier charges you a high amount.
It's one of the places that opens the earliest at this airport which is nice and they have freshly baked pastry. You literally smell them while trying to sleep at night at the airport :D Staff is nice. There is great variety of food to choose from. A bit overpriced. Food is tasty. Did not like coffee.

This place is very attractive during the day because of its good smells and it's design. BUT if you think of it as of a something comforting, you'll quickly change your mind if you need something when they can't make you pay even if it's a simple hot water

No gluten free food for celiacs. Thats very insensitive. The worst hummus..staff didn't even know ot was gluten free or not. Some memory to carry from Vienna Airport the worst hummus eaten in life.
They gave me a latte macchiato, without asking, instead of the cappuccino I ordered. The milk foam was hard and soapy, the staff was rude and it was brutally overpriced for being so bad

Very bad shop. The dont serve anything 20 min before they actually close, lazy and unfriendly employees. One of the worst airports restaurants in europe.
One of the staff very rude. Accuse me of mixing breakfast and salad together.. no instruction saying no and they are same price.. very bad attitude!!
