I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There was no option to customize individual bagels with toasted, butter, cream cheese, or other toppings. I had to call the store 14 times to correct my order, and eventually, I had to remove several items because they couldn't process the charges properly. The staff member I spoke with seemed to have trouble understanding the situation. In the end, to get the driver to pick up my food, I had to take two bagels off my order simply to adjust for the pricing issue, which was completely out of my control.
