During our 2023 fly fishing trip we stayed at 3 premium fly fishing lodges (North Fork Crossing, Henry's Fork and Ruby's). This was our favorite. This lodge stands apart in each element of location for fishing, quality and quantity of fish, hospitality, gastronomy, atmosphere and comfort. I’m only commenting on the restaurant here, as we stay up the road at TroutHunter for lodging/guides, but this place is phenomenal. We go out of our way to have dinner here, and this year did not disappoint. First of all, it’s the most beautiful establishment, with warm and inviting vintage lodge decor. The meals are lovely- well thought out, 3 course meals with seasonal ingredients, and they change daily! Wine list is just enough, (get the DuMol or bring your own for a small corkage fee). I stayed at the lodge for a few days of fishing. I was blown away by the top notch service and amenities. The food was spectacular with enormous portions. And the staff is all incredibly kind and helpful. The sheets and towels were remarkably soft which is a big thing for me. They even have wood burning fireplaces in the rooms, and the staff preps the fire for you when they clean the room during the day. I wound down each night with a book next to a crackling fire, one of my favorite things in the world. So while this place isn’t cheap, it is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. 5 out of 5 starts for me, and I can’t wait to come back.
Nestled in the breathtaking Idaho wilderness, Henry's fork lodge offers an unforgettable experience with pristine waters teeming with trout. The staff's warm hospitality made it perfect for our group of 8. Attention to detail was exceptional and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Hooked us up with great guides...a trip we will never forget. The cozy accommodations and stunning views were the ideal backdrop for relaxation after a day on the water.

**Rooms:** The accommodations are quite nice and comfortable. While they aren't luxury suites, they are excellent lodge rooms. My room even had a wood-burning fireplace.
**Nearby Activities:** There’s easy access to multiple fishing locations, and it’s only an hour’s drive to the Yellowstone entrance.
**Safety:** Overall safe, but be sure to stay alert for bears!
I‘m sure it is a great place, but they could indicate somewhere on Google or their website when their season ends. We took a big detour on our roadtrip just to dine here. No one answers the phone, they could at least record a message
