Ordered a thali, was told 5/10 mins for takeaway but waited 22 mins, asked what we get and told the same as the eat in thali and went and found out 1 curry, and a dip was missing... when I rang and explained was told no and they the waiter got it wrong..... the food has all coconut in and they don't tell you ... if I had an allergy then what? Best veg restrurant in leicester? are you mad? have you ate out on belgrave road? with the likes of sharmalie etc how did this even win something? Truly amazing restaurant, with very scrumptious authentic Indian food. Theming is impressive with a large LCD screen to watch documentary of various parts of India whilst you are dining. Service is very classy. Tried Chilli Paneer, Green Papaya Stew with Poori and I was extremely satisfied with my choice! Poori bread made me giggle when it was served and looked like two big balloons, but the best bread I have ever had and was the perfect match with the green papaya stew. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between £20 and £30. Both the food and service received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5. I highly recommend trying the Nair Dosa Slim Thali. We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Everyone in our group truly enjoyed the atmosphere. We dined in for dinner, and it cost around £20-30 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
