Over 10 years tested and well found! Unfortunately no longer living in Düsseldorf, I still like 2-3 rye bread during a visit. Mr Kretschmar met individual wishes for pre-ordering and in agreement. For his successor, I cannot judge this at the moment. 5 stars for a delicious bread!

A great bakery with very high quality. It is organic and regionally lived and processed. Here the grain is ground ourselves! A bread baking course taught the craft and processing very well. It was a great pleasure to take part. Thanks to Team Hercules.
