Herdsman Lake Tavern

while we had to wait a bit until our drinks arrived, the meal followed and were beautiful. Unfortunately, my 201 yo mum started after just 2 bites to choking and so beautiful that this happened before, I called the ambos. the manager tim was wonderful and stayed with her until they arrived. Luckily, she felt better and coughed a small piece of speck, so that he didn't have to go. we had to take our meal after home and I only have a high praise for the art, how the personal treated a very confronting experience. I think I may have frightened when I told him we were back, but not for mama!

Delicious lunch yesterday. Service was great, staff friendly and attentive. We shared an entree Crispy pork belly bites. Delicious. Mains Both myself and my brother in law had the special of the day, Lamb roast. Lamb was tender full of flavour. My sweetheart had the steak panini served with delicious crispy chips. Porterhouse was tender flavoursome. We will definitely return as food service is consistently good.

We found the service very slow and it took over 30 minutes to go and find someone to take our order. The food arrived in a reasonable time. The food was OK and served hot. This is the first time that we have experienced a large delay at this Tavern.

always great eating in herdi. the service was at point, meal times are great. we waited for half an hour to share our sticky date pudding, but oh my it was worth it, I wish only I would order my own.

the updated menu is better and the quality of eating is very good. the personal is pleasant and obligated. this restaurant has become our regular place for lunch.
