In the menu it said the fries are gluten free. I ordered them and asked if they take care of cross-contamination. The waiter didn't know what that meant and asked. Turned out they make things with gluten in the fryer too. So not good if you care for cross-contamination.

Here I eat, here I am human. The lunch table regularly convinces with fresh and varied dishes. The service is usually very good and the staff are always friendly. In addition to the wonderful view, the roof terrace also offers enough space and comfortable seating.

although they do not have a gluten free menu, the staff was very helpful and appeared knowledgeable. 18 hours later all is well. if I'm ever back in Freiburg I'd definitely eat here again!

New Year's Eve with you was just great. We'll definitely be back next New Year's Eve. The food was gigantic and the conditions friendly and flotted.
