If in the Swabian capital the long night of the museums is dead, it is worth fleing into the (hopefully quieter) environment. The Schillerstadt Marbach is clean, has a relatively intact city centre and a pleasant gastronomy density with diverse offers for every taste and situation. Unfortunately, our first attempt (on the Schiller's Olymp) has already been despised prematurely: not a single free table on Saturday evening until 6:00. Do we have to book in the province? We're going downtown, surprisingly without parking problems. After my (almost native companion) the large car park is obviously free, between the scenic headstone paver, but there are also many parking spaces and we are lucky:...

Ich war absolut begeistert von meinem Besuch im Hermes! Die Atmosphäre war herzlich und einladend, und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam . Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Wir hatten eine gemischte Platte, die eine wunderbare Auswahl an köstlichen griechischen Spezialitäten bot. Alles war perfekt zubereitet und schmeckte authentisch. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch und kann dieses Lokal jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem Stück Griechenland in der Stadt ist.
Als wir am Samstagabend nach 21:00 Uhr noch was warmes essen wollten, sind wir auf das Restaurant Hermes gestoßen. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines historischen Gebäudes in einer Art Gewölbekeller. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an typischen griechischen schweißen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und angenehm, auch die Bedienung und der Service waren sehr freundlich und zügig. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hierhergekommen sind.
Super Nette Menschen, essen ist super und der Preis völlig in Ordnung! Waren schon oft dort. Zur Mittagspause, mit der Familie zum „Feiern“ oder auch einfach mal zum ruhigen Abendessen. Ich hatte noch nie was zum aussetzen. Da es keine Parkplätze am Restaurant gibt, empfehle ich im Parkhaus beim Rewe zu Parken und die paar Meter zu laufen.
Ich war das erste Mal im Hermes und kann es nur Allen empfehlen. Das Essen, das Ambiente und vor allem der Service hervorragend. Wir wurden wie Freunde behandelt und nicht nur wie zahlende Gäste. Ich bin total begeistert. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.
