Hermetic coffee lovers have a very interesting location. Your coffee is pretty good and they also make a delicious Chai latte with oat milk at an additional 0.50€ (not as mentioned soy milk at no extra cost! Some of their cakes are also vegan. Everything was good, but everything was also expensive. Black coffee, Chai latte and an apple cake came to almost 12€. The staff is friendly and the music was amazing, mostly conscious hiphop! All in all a little to hipster-ish and expensive for my taste.
This is one of the best places in Hamburg to get coffee. They do exceptionally nice filter coffees and the espresso tastes very nice as well. I like it even more than Elbgold coffee, which seems to be the most popular coffee shop(s) in Hamburg. What's more, they actually cater for vegans by offering nice cakes and energy balls. (I believe they also offer a sandwich but I forgot because I was only looking for sweet options

Cool little hipster-ish place with some excellent coffee and some sandwiches or cakes. A few vegan options but not plenty.
