We stayed at the Hermitage Hotel and had breakfast and dinner multiple times during our stay. They have recently undergone a management/ownership change and have been making many desirable upgrades to the entire property. The restaurant was formally a leased out operation and not controlled by the hotel. The new owner is taking back control or the restaurant and based on the impressive changes that she has made tot he hotel, I can only imagine how she will improve the restaurant experience. Dario (hotel manager) is absolutely fabulous and made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant is one of just a few dinner options in the area. The menu was somewhat limited but to be expect...
L'hôtel était très propre et agréable. Le jardin était magnifique. Cependant, l'atmosphère de communication était affreuse. Je ne m'attendais pas à cela en France. Le personnel et le chef-gérant-propriétaire n'étaient pas sympathiques. À chaque demande, nous avions l'impression de les déranger, il valait mieux chercher une solution soi-même. Pour le check-in tardif, ils n'ont même pas proposé de nous donner du thé et au moins quelques fruits. Le lendemain matin, le petit-déjeuner était imposé sur un plateau. On ne pouvait pas mettre notre assiette directement sur la table car de la nourriture pouvait tomber dessus et personne ne voulait nettoyer car c'était gênant pour l'hôtel. Heureusement...
Bearing in mind the owners of this new restaurant are the Raimbault brothers, who have a top star restaurant around the corner, the meal was very disappointing. We could put it down to teething troubles, as they only opened this summer, but the food and service left a lot to be desired. A lot of friends feel the same as us. Why arent the owners being attentive to what their new restaurant is serving?
Ma famille, composée de deux adultes et deux adolescents, a passé une nuit pour découvrir Eze. Les chambres étaient propres, lumineuses et calmes. Élu meilleur petit-déjeuner de notre voyage par nos enfants. Nous avons apprécié un rapide plongeon dans la piscine après le petit-déjeuner et la navette pour Eze est pratique car elle se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la route.

Quel joyau d'un hôtel ! Tout était tout simplement incroyable ! Belles hôtes , grandes chambres ils sont un peu sur une petite taille mais qui était attendu par nous donc pas un problème) , beau terrain , grand restaurant et juste des gens étonnants qui travaillent là! Merci à tous, fortement recommander cela à toute personne qui aimerait visiter code d azure
Bel hôtel, très propre, la piscine et le jardin invitent à rester le soir avec un cocktail. Le restaurant propose une bonne cuisine, et si vous aimez les défis, commandez un steack tomahawk, et vous serez surpris. Cela n'est que pour les amateurs de viande, commandez votre dessert ensuite,... si vous le pouvez encore..
C'est l'hôtel ultime; vous vous sentirez comme un vrai VIP si vous restez à l'Hermitage; les chambres sont très confortables, elles sont bien furtives et tout est fait pour les invités à se sentir spécial; la nourriture est magnifique et le personnel très sympathique. c'est une adresse spéciale
We try to go here every year at least one time, and it never fails to disappoint! The owner of the restaurant just could not have been nicer...and ever so helpful! I love this place, and driving around the Col de Eze is an incredible treat! The food was great, and all 8 in our party loved it!

Best place to stay for holiday or for a business trip. At only 10min of Monaco or 10min of the beach, you feel totally a part of the world. Amazing place and amazing quality and service... unbelievable for the small price they are asking!
