I recently tried out this new restaurant in Bradford and was very impressed. My dining companion and I both ordered the hamburger combo and were pleased with the large portion sizes. The atmosphere is typical of a fast food burger joint, but the service was exceptional and the staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was excellent - the meat didn't get lost in the bun like it often does at other burger places, as they use only very lean, pure beef. While the prices were a bit higher than what you might expect at a regular burger spot, the extra few dollars were definitely worth it.
My family and I love going to the Hero Certified Burgers located at 444 Holland Street W in Bradford, ON. The owner is incredibly charming and pays attention to every detail, making us feel like valued customers. The restaurant is always clean, which is a priority for us. The menu offers high-quality, perfectly made dishes that are always fresh. The well-managed establishment ensures that the staff is happy, creating a great atmosphere. The burgers and other food selections are excellent, and the Tempura Zucchini is absolutely delicious and even better than the perfect Hero fries!
We went on Customer Appreciation Day. We arrived and walked right up to the counter and ordered. One other person was waiting for their order. Took about 10 minutes for our order to come out. By the time we left, the line up was out the door. For a busy night, they only had one person on cash and two people cooking. One person looked inexperienced. Ordering was taking so long that people were leaving without ordering. Our burgers, fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings were very good.
I tried the vegetarian burger with a gluten-free bun at this restaurant and it was delicious. The staff was friendly, but I was bothered by the cold air coming in from the door, which made the restaurant chilly and made it hard to enjoy my meal. However, the staff did increase the heat to address the issue.
It starts from when we walk in with a greeting from staff that is very genuine and nice to hear. Our order was simple, we were offered some additional options that I had not been previously aware of and kindly explained. Food was fresh and hot and consistent. We'll be back for sure.
