Nice chill ambiance, the fries were good, and they have excellent vegan options, no complaints!I have one suggestion though, they have 2 individual bathrooms (which is awesome) one is marked men's, the other is marked ladies. Now for the negatives: the service is consistently poor. The staff lacks knowledge, the wait time is the slowest I've experienced at any fast food place, and I've encountered rudeness more than once. The fries are quite disappointing, and the packaging for both the fries and the burgers leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the prices are outrageous. Despite these drawbacks, I’m still giving them a thumbs up for two main reasons: 1. It's the only place in town offering hormone- and antibiotic-free burgers. 2. Those burgers are genuinely delicious.
I was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch. It was my first time at this location, and I wasn't sure what to order. Bilal at the cash register was extremely helpful in guiding me towards some of the best items on the menu. I was very pleased with the service and enjoyed a nice conversation while I waited for my food. I will definitely be returning soon!
Raw chicken, Looked in my sandwich and the chicken was pink and it wasnt fried all the way through. Chicken was chewy and got food poising the day after. tried talking to the staff after this to see if they could fix this issue but they denied it and the manager told me to leave the store. I came in today and I was served by an employee named pavi, he was very friendly and waited patiently while I choose my order. The burger was delicious and the onion rings were crispy!Vegetarian options: They have great soul burgers I had them recently, they’re delicious with the sauces!
