Herrell's Ice Cream Bakery

The line is long due to a lack of efficiency. They’re hand writing out monopoly money and texting on the floor I haven’t gotten my ice cream yet but it’s taken them 20 minutes to get through the people ahead of me less than ten people total all in groups of two of more with three people working the line. It doesn’t matter how good this milkshake is when I get it, unless I have 45 minutes to kill I won’t be coming back. It breaks my heart to see three employees talking over a single milkshake when there is a line of people turning around to leave because of the slow service. The ice cream was good. The hot fudge authentic. The place was filthy. We were among the first four customers when the shop opened at noon today. There was still melted ice cream on the table and the floor was sticky everywhere from the previous days business. We were at the store on Sunday, May 26th at approximately 12:05 p.m.. store owner responded saying this place wasn't cleaned well the night before. Frankly, I don't think it was cleaned at all. I don't know how to reply directly to you, so I'm editing this post.

I have been coming here with my dad since I was very young, and it’s an amazing and nostalgic place for me. Best ice cream and ice cream cakes around. The malted vanilla with chocolate sprinkles is a standout. The staff is always really nice. The place is always packed. I cant recommend visiting enough. Everything is fantastic.

I’ve cream is delicious and well made. Prices are too expensive in my opinion but I am happy to support a local business. My biggest complaint simply is the service. There will be a line out the door and they don’t even rush a tiny bit. Great place, but service needs a lot of work Réservez une table maintenant

Good ice cream, prices are good. Not a ton of seating and kind of a cramped line/ordering process. Looks like they are looking out for the environment with some wood spoons and paper straws. We got four kiddie sundaes and a milk shake. Came to 26$

Always delicious Vegetarian options: There are also vegan options Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are well marked, nut allergies could be dicey Parking: The large lot at the bottom of the hill is the surest option

Chocolate pudding is literally the best ice cream ever, according to a knowledgeable seven year old. Strawberry sorbet was very good too. The peanut butter ice cream could have been a lot more peanutty though

The line was a little long but it was worthwhile to get some of the ice creams here. The malt vanilla was my favorite flavor there! Réservez une table maintenant
