This has been by far the worse customer service I have ever seen. I arrived to the To Go counter waiting on my order, after 5 minutes of no one coming to provide help (even after a few of the people in the kitchen looking directly at me) one older guy that didn't speak English approach and said in Spanish One minute After waiting for a few more minutes I walked to the bar area to see if I could grab someone's attention and finally saw I assume the manager...Female) a female walking out the kitchen. Upon entering the restaurant, we waited 10 minutes to be seated despite there being only 5 guests in the whole place. The staff seemed unaware of our presence as one employee was preoccupied with her phone instead of attending to customers. The smell of sewage in the bathroom was overpowering, but we overlooked it assuming it was a temporary issue. The restaurant itself was clean, but the service left much to be desired. When we ordered margaritas and nachos as starters, the waiter questioned if we were sharing and seemed surprised when we ordered more food. I'll never be here again. we were not served the bon soup when both sides were served by us. that's the second time that this happened. it took 10 minutes to order a drink and another 15 to order lunch. had to ask for butter several times. seems they would limit customers if they could not operate them. eating was not hot but warm as sitting on the table on long or not heated enough. that's her third. I have to give a star to get out.
The food service at this restaurant was excellent! The top shelf margarita was very tasty, although it was on the smaller side. I don't mind paying extra for a high-quality margarita, but $14 for a small drink seemed a bit excessive. I ended up having to order a third margarita to feel satisfied, but it still didn't feel like it equaled two normal-sized drinks.

Previously on maple to go to the old place and was somehow disappointed. enchiladas was not so good and the salsa was not at all cheap. chimichanga was decent. service was ok, but someone didn't see being visited and stood to sit down one because and finally leave.
great food service! top regal margarita was very good, but it was a really small drink! it doesn't matter to me to pay a premium for a really good margarita, but $14 for a little is a bit much! had to order a 3rd, but still not the equivalent of 2 decent drinks.
The North Dallas dining public is happy to hear that an old favorite has opened a new location. They offer delicious basic Mexican food at a reasonable price, which is greatly appreciated.
