I have often come past this place on my way to the inner city and it looked really nice from the outside, so today I decided to try it. it turned out that it is also a beautiful place inside. a little hipster in style. they offer a large selection of coffee, refreshments, delicious waffles and delicious natureis. the prizes are a bit high, but I would say that it is worth eating. the miserable service of two waitresses was today the only disappointment. the only male waiter (the owner I assume) was super nice, but the girls needed hours to enter the order at the cash register. 4 people behind the counter and yet nobody in the position to serve the guests. we (5 people) have actually just jumped in here for a short time, because I have only heard good, and after lunch we wanted to have a little dessert ice cream. before us were only 2 people and the operation just took 10 min for 1 ball of ice for the two. I don't know if it was her first day there or she was just incapable. but neither one of her colleagues has rushed to help her, which is why the critique goes to all employees. when we finally ordered our ice and the whole winding of course took another 10 min. and I had no more pleasure in ice anyway, it didn't even taste very good. here you have to mention that...

mate after shopping with an enkelkind, the subway doesn't come for a long time, it begins to rain... we discover the ice manufacture herrtotti! in the 2 guestrooms plays quiet music, almost everyone is occupied, first a few views to orientation: the eisvitrine and behind a friendly service. we discover tasty ice creams... find our table and stretch out the legs first. that comes in, now you only hear the music! later my wife says: "the best hazelnut ice of my life!"We come back! that we made ourselves. it tastes like my kindness. there is something for everyone, vegan and lactoseintolerant people can enjoy an ice cream here. the service is always very friendly. children are welcome. the load is small but fine. were already there 2×. every time the service left to wish. once we were brought the wrong ice, the other time you had to stand forever to get a ball in the waffel. the service appeared uncoordinated and overwhelmed. great is that there are also vegan sorts. if it's full, I'm not going to stand next time.

a limited selection of homemade ice cream. in our case we have experienced erdnuss, vanilla, hazelnuts and chocolate. it was a busy day, but the line moved fast. a nice stash was that the owner/cook came to our table to welcome us. English friendly.

homemade ice creams. very tasty. vegan and lactose-free sorts are available. it also fits. it's got a place and you can talk. the menu also includes breakfast.

the ice is made fresh without artificial ingredients. selection is so around 8-10 sorts. there you can also sit leisurely or even just waffle with ice!!!
