The location is particular, at the entrance looks like to visit someone's home. The wooden furniture of the main room is nice but the toilets are really cold, old and pervaded by an orribile and nauseating smell of urine. The food is regular, nothing really special and tasty. The staff looks professional but is really unpleasant. The tip should be up to the free will of the customer and not explicitely and insistently asked. Watch out: credit cards not accepted! My advice: leave them alone and look for a good restaurant in Wilhemsplatz area, Offenbach offers much better than this.

Come here if you want to experience Hesse in a very traditional manner. You'll find all the classics: apple wine, Handkäs mit Musik, grüne Soße, etc. I've been here a number of times and the apple wine has always been great. Recently the service has improved a lot - formerly this wasn't so great. All the food is good and I can recommend the salad with goat's cheese.

Found it through Trip Advisor, we decided to have a work dinner there. We enjoyed a quite good meat with potatoes and a dessert, not really so special but also not bad. Good prices, kind (and English speaking!) staff. Overall a positive experience.

hand cheese not from brot completely dry operation friendly but eating was sometimes much better
