Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food! We had Grammelknödel, Gordon Bleu and a grill plate. The dumplings were very small and ready-made. The sauce also tasted like ready-made sauce. For over €18 I would expect homemade dumplings and real gravy. The gordon bleu was dark and dry and didn't really taste homemade. That wasn't worth €23 either. The grill plate was ok, but there were mainly fries and beans on it with 3 small pieces of meat. We also had a side salad...I didn't know you could go so wrong with it! Wir waren am frühen Abend zum Essen dort. Es wurde uns ein Tisch im schönen Biergarten zugewiesen. Danach passiert nichts. Wir warteten und warteten. Der zuständige Keller ging sehr oft an unserem Tisch vorbei, brachte aber keine Speisekarte. Gäste, die nach uns kamen, erhielten die Karte, bestellten Getränke, die Getränke wurden serviert und Essen bestellt. Und wir warteten. .... auch unsere Bemühungen seine Aufmerksamkeit zu erlangen ignorierte er. Als wir bereits den Entschluß gefasst hatten zu gehen, kam er endlich mit der Speisekarte. Das Essen schmeckte zwar, aber war eher lauwarm. Es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es blieb unser einziger Besuch. Food: 3 Service...

It was our first time eating there. It looked nice from the outside, but the inside is a bit dated. Unfortunately my ribs weren't that good, they were pretty dry and not attractive either. I thought maybe they were grilled, but they looked like they had been cooked before and then reheated briefly. Because on the back of the ribs, when you cook meat, you can see that there are little bits of cooking water hanging from them. It's a shame, because the price of almost €25 doesn't justify it. I'm happy to pay more, but then the quality has to be right. Well, it was our first and unfortunately definitely our last time eating there. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Hier hatten wir Samstag den 08.07.23 unser letztes Abendessen in Ellmau. Der Abend war auch sehr schön. Kleines Manko war, dass die Bedienungen, und zwar alle, irgendwie genervt aussahen, aber doch immer sehr freundlich waren. Die Getränke, sowie das Essen war sehr lecker . Schöner letzter Abend. Essen, Ambiente und Service Top. Die Karte ist leider, was die Hauptgerichte angeht, etwas übersichtlich, aber alles war sehr lecker. Schöner Biergarten mit sehr leckerem Bier. Die Preise sind auf jeden Fall angemessen Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Im Gegensatz zum Vorjahr sind wir hier etwas enttäuscht worden. Die Preise sind gestiegen und zusätzlich wurden die Portionen verkleinert. Ansonsten ein schönes Restaurant in einer zentralen Lage Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
