we were in hexenalm between christmas and new year and the hospitality and service in the hotel is first class. due to the restriction and misunderstanding we came a day too late, but the administration to find two beautiful rooms. we enjoyed the breakfast, which provided us everything you could wish. the evening meal was also beautiful, but not in the same class as the breakfast. the rooms were nicely clean and they felt safe from corona all the time. Even in the quiet area they felt everything was safe. the ski compartment was perfect. when finished, drive directly to the door of the hotel and 10 minutes later the ski is safe in the locker and our boots are heated in safe and ready to wear...
As the title says this is a great place to stop on your first day of ski school, located about half down the nursery slope. Lots of space inside and outside to sit out and make new friends taking in all the atmosphere and resting the tired legs. Gorgeous grostel too - only down side is the bathrooms are downstairs which is quite typical and a nightmare to use when you're day 1 ski spots are murdering your legs. Lovely visit at lunch time, but crazy for apres ski when it's very smoky and noisy
We first got to know it as apres ski bar. Typical music, friendly staff. Then a day later we went for lunch with 19 people. The food was good, especially the burger. Unfortunately it was very busy and those who had ordered pizza, had to wait for a long time. We had a few tables in the wintergarten, which I think is better than in the bar itself, as the apres ski is there from a certain time, they smoke in there and it is darker.
Auf der Alm gibt es einen Rundweg, der für Kinder sehr viel zu entdecken gibt. Die einzelnen Stationen (mit Wasserspielen) laden zum erkunden ein und bieten bei warmen Temperaturen eine gute Gelegenheit zur Abkühlung.

all good, beautiful pizzas and carvings etc., good value and delicious. good atmosphere with some entertainment after the meal, with a good bar and live music.
Wir sind ganz oft dort eingekehrt!!!! Man kann sehr lecker dort essen,sowie trinken!!! Sehr nette Bedienung,immer aufmerksam!!! Tolle Ambiente und gute Musik

Direct bij de skilift. Gezellig restaurant, met lekker eten. Hamburger met friet voor de grote trek.Prijzen zijn redelijk.
