The woman at the front desk who takes orders should not be in customer service. She is quite rude and condescending, lacking any sense of politeness in her voice or demeanor. You would expect the first person to interact with customers to exhibit some professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. It would be even more disheartening to learn that she is the owner. When I arrived, there was an elderly couple in front of me, and she treated them rudely, practically pressuring them into tipping her, which is highly unprofessional. While the food is decent, the staff definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I wouldn't return to this restaurant even if the food were perfect.
My mother and I ate here for the first time tonight. Very disappointed with the food and especially the service. When told we were new customers, the man acted like we were putting him out. Everything except the salad left much to be desired. Bland and Expensive to be expected to eat with plastic too. Will not return. Tried sushi, dumplings, spring rolls, hibachi beef with vegetables. Worst sushi I 've ever had. Rice was mushy and horrible taste. Big portion of hibachi, rice was OK, veggies fine but salmon was so overcooked and BURNED that it was hard to bite through. We asked the server if it was supposed to be that way, to which he gave a dry yes and left before we could bring to his attention how bad it was. Unhappily it was the first and last time there.
My wife and I got hibachi the vegetables were under cooked and there was so much water in the bottom of my to go container it turned into soup. The sushi wasn't bad but didn't get much and we got all the same roll instead of two different kinds like we ordered. Disappointing for the money.

The food here is fantastic! I've ordered from both the all-day menu and the lunch menu a few times, and I've never been disappointed. Everything is delicious, and the service is quite speedy as well. We've tried the shumai, hibachi, and sushi, and we enjoyed each dish.
It was so bad. You order 40 dollars of sushi and they want to argue when your child wants a yum yum sauce. Nope 25 cent. Say what. We normally get one or even two. Sad sad. Business being taken else where For sure

there food is really good and it takes a short time to fit them to prepare food is so good i love getting teriyaki with chow menu and it's the best
Food is great! I get the hibachi steak every time and it never disappoints. Hiring a better order taker/cashier would be an improvement though.
