The white middle aged lady was so rude she had me and my friends confused as to why she was being so rude. I got confused and ordered 1 protein but I asked for chicken teriyaki, shrimp tempura and another thing. She only served me chicken and when I said “I want the other two things” she looked at me and aggressively threw the plate in the trash can. She served me again and then only put the shrimp tempura rice and no chicken. I corrected her once again and she rudely said “can you speak louder!!” and threw the food in the trash can once again instead of just adding the chicken. Did not expect to spend $20.00, I got a regular bowl, chicken teriyaki a small scoop of spicy beef and 1 piece of spam (it used to be 2 pieces) the spam tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile, like a mouthful of oil and all you could taste was the oil they fried it in, I had to spit it out. Milk tea/boba is pre made with the boba in it, (pearls costs extra), and its in a Panda Express plastic cup with the plastic sealed on top, they also forgot my utensils.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was fast and friendly, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff took their time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. My food was prepared quickly, and the portion sizes were generous. Everything was exactly as advertised and absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back! I recommend trying the spicy mayo with your bowl!
One of the best places to eat on Pendleton quality-wise. Most upset reviewers don't understand hibachi is just a Japanese style grill/cooking device.Good Japanese STYLE food if you want something quick.Gets busy at lunch time when payday happens, plan accordingly ?

Literally one of the worst places. Not only is customer service awful but they have such limited options. It’s worth driving out of the way to go anywhere else.
Pretty good, quick with getting your food together even if your in a rush to get back to work, very clean and great service.
Severs like “Leping” is why a good restaurant gets sewed. She has a very bad service and also talks back to customers.
I love the foods, especially spicy salmon and shrimp tempura.?Thai and Yuzu lemonade are my favorite things.
