¡Me encanta este sitio! Me enteré más tarde de que es una cadena, pero no te dejes engañar: a diferencia de lo que suele pasar, es una buena cadena, con productos de calidad. Tienen su propio café y también venden accesorios tanto para café como para matcha. Suele estar bastante lleno. Es un sitio sobrio, con decoración de madera que consigue ser acogedora. Las veces que he ido han sido rápidos y muy amables, aunque el local es pequeño y normalmente hay bastante gente. El producto es de muy buena calidad: croissants y galletas que se te caen la baba, y un café buenísimo, aunque no esperes precios bajos. While espresso coffee is quite decent, the service is not... Unfriendly staff manager (April 11 shift) and on top of it they charge you 10% tip without asking in beans... I get asking for tips in serving coffee is ok (although not common practice in Spain) but doing it, WITHOUT asking for buying beans is plain robbery
The matcha latte was watery, didn’t taste like matcha at all and, as many others mentioned, the service is quite bad. It just seems like they don’t want you there
I got a latte just now and it was quite decent! Took me a couple of minutes and they were polite even when I didn't understand the language at first :
