Un lugar para volver. Añado mi opinión desde mi punto de vista. En primer lugar una muy buena atención por parte de todos los trabajadores, una ubicación excelente en la que se encuentra fácil aparcamiento y unas vistas privilegiadas de un entorno único. Muy buena decoración y en todo momento ves un ambiente de limpieza y organización. Si bien es cierto que lo aceptable de este evento fue el tiempo que tuvimos que esperar hasta ser comandados una vez ya dispuestos en la mesa. Se hizo un tanto larga la espera máxime cuando había poca gente en la sala. Hablando ya de la comida recalcar un par de puntos a tener en cuenta dentro de la exquisitez de la misma. We recommend this restaurant and were in family with good results. the location and views from the terrace are spectacular, with good parking on the outside. good food with quality and correct amounts. the service has to be improved, which took more than due in the beginning and then wanted to lift the dishes unfinished and that we were early. the rest of the correct service with explanations of what each dish corresponded. the price is not cheap, but it is within the normal for what they offer. recommended but the maitre should be a little more attentive to all tables not only to the usual.

on this occasion we take the menu of the day 29€ all inclusive. phenomenal quality, quantity and very good presentation. the beautiful views from the living room with windows to the vega of the tajo in toledoexcelente the treatment of the staff, especially the maitre stefann, which deserves a special mention for its professionalism and empathy. highly recommended, and of course we will continue as customers

El Hierbabuena es un establecimiento que se encuentra localizado en una antigua Casa Toledana, en el centro del casco antiguo de Toledo. Sin lugar a dudas es el sitio ideal para ir con sus amistades o familiares y pasar un buen rato degustando los exquisitos platos que se sirven. El personal es muy simpático y hará que disfrute en todo momento de su comida. Lo pasará genial.

Restaurante que combina unas agradables vistas con una comida y atención exquisitas. Nos decidimos por el menú degustación porque queríamos probar varias cosas y no nos arrepentimos. Muy recomendable.
