Higuma Ramen Izakaya

Not an establishment I felt welcomed in. I would not come back because of the cold feeling in the environment and lack of customer service. The lady who seats guest never smiled or gave a friendly greeting. I repeatedly heard her offer several other patrons if the needed water or anything else. She nor my server never checked on me to see if I needed anything at all. I give them credit the Ramen was delicious. I felt the $15 price for a bowl of Ramen with poor service is not warranted for my hard earned money. ??‍

The service is good, the atmosphere is quite casual. The spicy edamame are quite tasty. Ordered the vegetarian ramen as my entree and I didn't like it, it was milky. My boyfriend ordered a spicy pork ramen and he liked it. I would come back for the fun looking single booths, which have charging stations, and the kitchen serves you directly.

Wow! I had the extra spicy ramen and and of Gyoza and it did not disappoint. Great portion size and if you're a fan of spicy like myself, get it at a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-5 spiciness. No long wait, good vibes, and a clean restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a delicious bowl of authentic Ramen!

This was the best ramen I’ve had so far! I ordered the Spicy Garlic Ramen and my boyfriend ordered the Garlic Tonkotsu and the Veggie Tempura. We made the drive from Fort Worth and it was well worth it! I wish there was one close to us, but we’ll be making the drive again soon!

When I went I order the Katsu curry. I was definitely satisfied! My friends ordered 3 different types of ramen and I tried the broth for all 3- very delicious! The atmosphere and theme is nice and there was virtually no wait. Overall good experience I would go back!
